Colombian Poultry farmers experiment with "chill out" music in the chicken coop to see if it helps to grow more meaty chicks.

HEADLINES: Venezuela's Hugo Chavez leading the charge against Colombia at the UNASUR member nations meeting in Quito. He says Colombia is driving South America to the brink of war by allowing more U.S. troops to use Colombian bases for operations. Meantime, in the wake of Venezuela stopping fuel exports to Colombia, the price of gas is going up all over the country. The Minister of Mines and Energy says production of Colombian gas at refineries in Cartagena and Barrancabermeja has been increased. An abused Guacamaya rescued from San Gil by Environmental Police is on the mend at an animal hospital in Bucaramanga. Lola the Parrot lost 80 percent of her feathers. Poultry farmers are trying an experiment with elevator music on young chicks. They have installed speakers in the chicken coup and are playing relaxing music to see if this helps the chicks grow into meatier chickens. Plus, see some of the best salsa dancers in Colombia. And this couple is from Cucuta, not Cali!
