All eyes on Venezuela following diplomatic break and evidence of FARC ties

IN THE HEADLINES: Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez breaks diplomatic ties with Colombia following declarations that weapons purchased by Venezuela from Sweden ended up in FARC hands. In the meantime, Sweden has banned weapon exports to Venezuela since the country did not say the Colombian guerrilla group would be the final customer. The second half of top FARC commander "Mono Jojoy's" video is released. In it, the rebel leader says it's "important" to maintain good relations with Venezuela and Ecuador, adding they will be a huge help in guerrilla group's revolution against Colombia. Meanwhile, the FARC denies giving money to any government, especially to Ecuador President Rafael Correa's presidential campaign.

Excellent report Gary. It is really too bad that people on both sides of the boarder will be affected by this.
