Former FARC Rebel undergoes facial reconstruction

BOGOTA, D.C.: A former FARC rebel who helped hostage Oscar Tulio Lizcano escape last year has started a new life in France and gotten a whole new look. Isaza, as he is known, returned to Bogota for the unveiling of Lizcano's new book with a whole new face! The former rebel underwent facial reconstruction while living in Paris. The Colombian Government relocated him there as part of a promise of financial and immigration assistance for rebels who help hostages escape.
