COLOMBIA'S TOP STORIES: A Miracle occurred in Bogota! Today a camera captured the frightening fall of a baby who fell from the fifth floor of a high rise building. Amazingly, the baby was completely unharmed.

National Police started to look for drunk drivers in Bogota, they say that citizens don't realize the risk they're taking. Just this year, there have been 3800 vehicles impounded because the drivers had been caught driving drunk.
