Fire crews contained the blaze to a closet, but damage from smoke and water was reported throughout the unit."Firefighters say it appears a child took a lit candle into the bedroom closet," Keller said in a news release, adding no injuries resulted from the blaze.

It's a shame that the Dutch Red Cross had to be involved and the Colombian government didn't do what it should have which is simply build a cheap walkway for residents to use to get around. It's things like this that makes Colombia look bad. Why doesn't the Uribe administration take care of these basic elements of life?
