NO THIRD TERM FOR URIBE -- Constitutional Court President, Mauricio González, announced Friday Evening that the re-election referendum to allow President Alvaro Uribe to run for a third term was unconstitutional. The judges voted 7 to 2 against it. González said the document had a "chain of irregularities".
