HEADLINES: Transmilenio launches a new campaign to stop sexual harrassment on its buses and terminals. Colombian women gathered together in all parts of the country to celebrate International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. 90 entrepreneurs from 17 countries arrived in Bucaramanga for the International Business Summit. Plus, residents from Bogota's La Floresta neighborhood will be placing candles next to potholes instead of on their balconies for Colombia's "Day of the Candles" in hopes of drawing the mayor's attention to repair the streets.
