HEADLINES: The Norweigan Health Institute says the A(H1N1) virus is mutating and may make all vaccines ineffective. Colombia President Alvaro Uribe calls the detonation of two border bridges by Venezuelan authorities a "very grave" situation. In the meantime, Colombia's ambassador to the OEA Luis Alfonso Hoyos hands in a formal complaint of the destruction of the bridges.
