HEADLINES:Colombia has a new beauty queen. Miss Bolivar was chosen Monday night as the new Miss Colombia 2009-2010 and will represent Colombia in Miss Universe. In other news, the Minister of Commerce, Luis Guillermo Plata, says Colombia will complain to the WTO about Venezuela hindering commerce between both countries. The Minister says Venezuela is not taking into account trade agreements signed in recent years. In Medellin, strong winds and heavy rains triggered sevferal emergencies in the city.
