Halloween in Cali and the North Coast

CALI, VALLE DEL CAUCA: Balerinas, Ghosts, Pirates, and Michael Jackson seem to be the hot costumes for young Colombians this Halloween. In Cartagena and Barranquilla, costenos celebrate the day of the angels on November 1st.
